When you contact us

If you contact Digital Fields by email, we may process your name, contact details, company and role, and any information you choose to include in your message.

The information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare or deliver assignments and administer business relationships. Processing is based on legitimate interests and, where relevant, on steps taken before entering into or performing a contract.

Retention and recipients

Information is not kept for longer than needed for the relevant purpose, unless it must be retained to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Email, IT and web-hosting providers may process information on behalf of Digital Fields. Personal data is not sold.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and, in some cases, request restriction or object to the processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by the hosting service for security and to make the website function.
